Great news we will be continuing our takeaway service, this will run along side our restaurant serving hours, please place your order in advance and reserve a collection time slot. It is always advised to order at least half an hour before collection and 24 hours for afternoon tea.

  • Take away food must be pre-ordered by phone on 01376 571783.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accept orders via Facebook or email.
  • Customers will be allocated a collection time slot between 5 pm and 8 pm.
    Social distancing measures are in place; please follow the signs and floor markings.
  • We have paper bags available, however you may to wish to bring your own cardboard box/bag for life from home.
  • Please wait in the car park and only enter the premises just before your allotted time slot.
  • Enter via the front door on Feering Hill (opposite the car park)
  • Payment can be made in advance by card over the phone at the time of ordering, or by cash or contactless on collection.
  • NHS staff claiming a free dessert please show NHS photo ID.
  • Please be reassured all staff involved in producing and serving take away food will be wearing appropriate PPE and practicing social distancing.


Menu May be subject to changes and not all ingredients in recipes are clearly identified on the menu.
We care for your well-being and customers with food allergies are asked to discuss
their needs with the duty manager who will be happy to talk to chef and advise on appropriate menu choices if required.

Dear valued Guest

Whilst the COVID-19 situation continues to develop at home and round the world, we wanted to take the time to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our guests, team members and wider communities surrounding our restaurant is our number one priority.

Our, restaurant and hotel remain closed and will do so until the Government indicate it is the right time to re-open to the public.
At the moment we cannot say with any degree of certainty as to when this will be.

We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone, but please rest assured we will do all we can to look after guests and our team alike.

If you have a reservation with us for which a voucher has been purchased or a deposit has been paid, and it has not been possible to visit during closure, we will extend the validity period if required.

Please note our phone lines are closed and we would ask that you email us your details so that we are able to deal with this upon our return:

Deposit for restaurant/event/hotel*:      name, reservation date & time

Function hire charge:                                      name and booking date

Gift voucher online/direct:                           name, voucher code and expiry date

Groupon voucher:                                           name, security code and expiry date


*Direct bookings only.  If you have reserved your hotel room via an online travel agency (Booking.com, Expedia, etc) please log in to the appropriate account for further information and to cancel your reservation during the closure period.  Please note we are not authorised to cancel such bookings on behalf of guests.
