To Start

Roasted red pepper and tomato soup served with artisan breads (v)

Chicken, duck liver and madeira parfait with pear and apple chutney and melba toast

Maldon salmon gravlax and prawn cocktail with mixed leaves and marie rose sauce served with breads

Cod and haddock fishcake with Chorizo, peppers and basil served with a red pepper purée

Breaded braised tender lamb shank bon bons served with rich mint jus

Mini box-baked camembert infused with truffle oil, rosemary and garlic, glazed with honey,

Pan fried salmon fillet with crushed Jersey royal potatoes, spring greens and finished with a prawn and dill beurre blanc

Three cheese tartlet brie, goat’s cheese and stilton served with a fresh light salad, beetroot, radish,
new potatoes, orange segments and a light dressing (v)

8oz Gourmet Aberdeen Angus beef burger topped with cheese and served in a toasted brioche bun                            with burger relish, seasoned fries and burger garnish

Pea and asparagus risotto with wild rocket and balsamic vinegar (vg)
