Baked cod supreme, herb roasted potato cake, pea puree, roast chorizo and a caper beurre noisette

Fifth course

Basil crusted lamb cutlet with shredded lamb shank and herb roast potato hash, honey carrot puree and served with a rich mint and baby onion jus

Sixth course

Bramley apple pie with honey crème Anglaise and blackcurrant sorbet
