Sliced warm smoked duck breast with parsnip and onion rosti, crispy shallots and blackberry jus

Prawn marie rose, smoked salmon and crayfish tian with fresh cucumber, lemon and dill crème fraiche

Chicken ballotine, almond crumb, fresh sliced grapes, tarragon crisp, grape gel

Kentucky fried oyster mushroom with a sweetcorn and red pepper puree (vegan)

Palette cleansing sorbet with iced berries

Corn fed chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham with chargrilled peppers, Tuscan potatoes,

feta, sundried tomatoes and roasted red pepper coulis

Pan fried salmon supreme, herb roasted new potatoes, samphire grass, broad beans, caper beurre noisette

Roasted lamb rump (served pink), marinated in rosemary, mint and garlic,

Pommes Anna, wilted kale, purple sprouting broccoli and grated hazelnut finished with a rich jus

King prawn and crab rigatoni pasta in a chilli, spring onion,
garlic and tomato sauce topped with rocket and parmesan shavings

Roasted butternut squash and cashelle blue cheese salad with baby leaf,
candied walnuts, grapes and balsamic baby onions (v)

Trio of celeriac; pickled, salt baked and pureed with celeriac and apple rosti and a cashew and pesto dressing (vegan)

Sirloin steak, roasted mushroom and tomato, hand cut chips, peppercorn sauce or rich red wine jus
