served with beef brisket croquette and a red wine and mushroom jus

Second

Horseradish panna cotta with smoked salmon, prawn mousse served with garlic melba toast

Third

Pallet cleansing popping candy champagne sorbet

Fourth

Slow roasted lamb rump medium rare with braised lamb neck,
sundried tomatoes, baby onions, pomme puree, curly kale and a red wine jus

Fifth

Monkfish wrapped in parma ham with poached quails egg, pea purée, parmentier potatoes, and peas with fennel

Sixth

Pastry chef Mrs Nesbit’s chocolate sphere with pistachio sponge, popcorn, blackberries and hot chocolate sauce
