Chefs 6 Course Taster Evening

£30 per person

Let our Head Chef and his talented team, put together a selection of delicious warming dishes for you to enjoy. An optional whisky pairing will also be available to celebrate Burns Night.


First course

Celeriac and apple foam amuse bouche (gf,v)

Second course

Roasted Scottish Clava brie salad with rocket, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, blood orange and a cranberry and balsamic dressing (gf,v)

Third course

Pan-fried king scallop with black pudding, honey and apple purée

Fourth course

Iron Bru sorbet with iced berries (gf,v)

Fifth course … a choice of

Stuffed mushroom with a celeriac and potato rosti, roasted root vegetables and a carrot espuma (gf,v) 

Hot Scottish smoked salmon fillet and king prawn with sauté potatoes, curly kale and creamed leeks (gf)

 Rich red wine oven roasted haggis with truffle mash and chantenay carrots 

Red wine braised feather blade of beef with truffle mash and chantenay carrots (gf)


Sixth course

Chef’s handcrafted assiette of mini desserts:

Orange cranachan with shortbread, chocolate profiterole, mini berry pavlova
