Chefs Taster Evening

With summer upon us join us with Head Chef James Robertson and his team of talented chefs, and let them put together a selection of delicious dishes for you to enjoy.

On Arrival

Mini canapé selection

Honey and chicken lollipops, tender stem broccoli and stilton arancini, lamb shank bon bons

First

Pan fried king scallops with honey glazed pork belly and white onion and truffle puree

Second

Mozzarella and basil en croute with avocado sorbet and pickled radish

Third

Pallet cleansing elderberry and plum sorbet with berry compote

Fourth

Oven roasted cornfed, free range chicken breast with roasted bell peppers, cherry vine tomato and pesto gnocchi

Fifth

Poppadum crusted monkfish with Bombay potatoes, dahl and candied lime raita
