On arrival we will serve you a champagne cocktail “French 75” and Canapes, Your host will then talk you through the seven examples of Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and Local Sparkling Wines produced using the champagne method.  Mid-way through the evening we will serve you either a choice of seabass or ballontine of chicken.
Later optional desserts or cheeseboards will available (additional cost), this is an evening to tell your friends about.
