Soup of the day served with a warm bread roll

Chicken liver parfait with house chutney and crostini bread

Sautéed garlic, lemon and ginger infused prawns served on top of Asian slaw

Tomato and mozzarella salad with balsamic glaze and pesto

Chicken satay served with crispy oriental vegetables and satay sauce

Mains

Roast belly of Suffolk pork with wholegrain mustard mash, apple puree, crackling twigs and cider cream sauce

Herb crusted salmon fillet, served with buttered new potatoes and fine beans and beurre blanc

Chicken supreme, stuffed with ricotta and basil wrapped in Parma ham,   served with sautéed potatoes, rocket and a roasted red pepper coulis

Grilled halloumi skewers served with  Mediterranean vegetables, sweet potato fries mixed salad and tzatziki yoghurt (v)

Hand pressed 8oz gourmet steak burger served in a seeded brioche bun with red onion jam, seasoned chips and salad garnish
