Game Terrine: venison, pigeon and partridge wrapped in parma with homemade piccalilli and garlic croutes

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey with pigs in blankest, cranberry stuffing and gravy
Roast Sirloin of beef with a rich red wine gravy
Slow roasted Colne valley lamb rump (served pink) with tender stem, almonds and mint jus
Roasted vegetable wellington with vegetarian gravy (v).
