Starters 
Pea and ham hock soup served with artisan breads
(vegetarian option available).

Pan fried scallops with pork medallion, white onion and truffle puree and red pepper foam.

 Game Terrine: venison, pigeon and partridge wrapped in Parma ham
with apple and pear chutney and artisan breads.

 King prawn cocktail with lobster, smoked salmon in a marie rose sause served with artisan breads.

 Boxed baked Camembert served with garlic, thyme and rosemary crostini’s (v)
(gluten free breads are available).

 

Main Courses
Traditional Roasted Norfolk turkey with pigs in blankets, cranberry stuffing and gravy.

 Roasted Sirloin of Aberdeen Angus beef with a rich red wine gravy.

 Slow roasted lamb rump (served pink) with braised tender lamb neck and mint jus.

 Roasted vegetable Wellington with vegetarian gravy (v).

The above are served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables.

Ballantine of Suffolk corn fed free range chicken wrapped in Parma ham stuffed with tomato and cream cheese served with duchess potatoes, broad beans, fine beans and finished with a rich vine cherry tomato jus.

 Pan fried stone bass with new potatoes, butternut squash and kale finished with a prawn and crayfish cream sauce.

 Stuffed field mushroom; Mediterranean vegetables, olives and spinach on a celeriac, carrot and potato rosti,
finished with a rich tomato sauce (vegan).
